Dog Boarding & Grooming Requirements
What Your Dog Needs In Order to Be Our Guest
To ensure the safety of all of our guests, we have some requirements that your dog will need to meet in order to book a boarding, grooming, or doggy daycare service. Below are a few of the most asked about policies. You can access the nitty-gritty details by downloading our form below.
Vaccinations
In order to attend Doggy Daycare or to be boarded at Greenbrier Grooming & Pet Resort, all dogs must be up-to-date on Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP vaccines. Proof of vaccination will be required. For grooming services, proof of vaccination for Rabies is required.
Flea & Ticks
All dogs must be on a flea and tick preventative. Should a dog be observed to have fleas or ticks while boarding or enrolled in Doggy Daycare, a flea/tick treatment will be applied and charged to the owner at a rate of up to $80.00 depending on severity and size of dog. Grooming services will not be provided if a dog has fleas or ticks.
Must Play Well With Others
All dogs must pass a general behavior assessment in order to attend group play for boarding or to attend Doggy Daycare. No dog may be admitted to group play who shows any signs of any type of aggression. Any dog demonstrating aggression or other behavior deemed unacceptable by Greenbrier Grooming & Pet Resort staff may be required to leave boarding.
Deposits, Cancellations, & No-Shows
A 50% deposit is required for boarding. Boarding and Daycare cancellations must be made 72-hours prior to reservation date or deposit is forfeited. Grooming cancellations must be made 24-hours prior to the reservation date for one dog, 48-hours prior to the reservation for multiple dogs.
